POLICIES:
-Customer must contact for an exchange within 7 days of delivery notification.
-Product must be unworn and unwashed.
-You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it.
-We only do exchanges, no refunds, as all of our products are made to order. You can only exchange size, not lace or cut.
-There is a 15% restocking fee for all voluntary exchanges to cover shipping costs and labor.
-INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customers issuing voluntary exchanges are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back as well as any duties acquired on the shipment back.
-Once the return is received, the new jacket will be made and shipped as soon as possible.

LOST SHIPMENTS:
Dragon Denim offers Route Package Protection for a small fee at checkout to ensure you get your jacket with no issues! If this is removed from your cart, Dragon Denim is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Shipment concerns must be filed within two weeks from delivery date or last shipping update. This is a strict deadline.
