POLICIES:
DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS:
-Customer must contact for an exchange within 14 days of order shipment notification
-Product must be unworn and unwashed.
-You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it.
-Once you file a return, you will be provided with a shipping label. You can choose a refund to your original payment with a 10% restocking fee, or a giftcard in the full order amount (minus shipping) to re-order the jacket of your choice.
-Gift cards/refunds will process when return package is delivered and accepted (1-4 business days after delivery).
-Re-orders are prioritized and current turnaround time does not apply (you will nothave to wait 10-12 weeks for your exchange).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
-Customer must contact for an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
-Product must be unworn and unwashed.
-You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it.
-Customers issuing voluntary exchanges are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back as well as any duties acquired on the shipment back.
-Once the return is received, the new jacket will be made and shipped as soon as possible.

LOST SHIPMENTS:
Dragon Denim offers Route Package Protection for a small fee at checkout to ensure you get your jacket with no issues! If this is removed from your cart, Dragon Denim is not responsible for lost or damaged packaged
Shipment concerns must be filed within two weeks from delivery date or last shipping update. This is a strict deadline.
