ORDER STATUS

Our current turnaround time is 10-12 weeks. If it has not been 12 weeks since your order, there is still some time to wait for your order! Please wait until after that date to reach out about order status!

**AS OF 6/22/24** DELAY UPDATE: Due to our studio relocation, we are currently experiencing a 2-3 week production delay. Thank you for your patience!

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

POLICIES:
DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS:
-Customer must contact for an exchange within 14 days of order shipment notification
-Product must be unworn and unwashed.
-You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it.
-Once you file a return, you will be provided with a shipping label. You can choose a refund to your original payment with a 10% restocking fee, or a giftcard in the full order amount (minus shipping) to re-order the jacket of your choice.
-Gift cards/refunds will process when return package is delivered and accepted (1-4 business days after delivery).
-Re-orders are prioritized and current turnaround time does not apply (you will nothave to wait 10-12 weeks for your exchange).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
-Customer must contact for an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
-Product must be unworn and unwashed.
-You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it.
-Customers issuing voluntary exchanges are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back as well as any duties acquired on the shipment back.
-Once the return is received, the new jacket will be made and shipped as soon as possible.

LOST SHIPMENTS:
Dragon Denim offers Route Package Protection for a small fee at checkout to ensure you get your jacket with no issues! If this is removed from your cart, Dragon Denim is not responsible for lost or damaged packaged
Shipment concerns must be filed within two weeks from delivery date or last shipping update. This is a strict deadline.

HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?

Each jacket is handmade by a very small team of sewists! Current turnaround is always updated on the first page of my website so you can't miss it. It may extend beyond that depending on supplies, order volume, personal events, etc.

DO YOU SHIP TO ______?

Yes, we ship internationally! Just note that we do not control shipping costs or duties and taxes, it is what it is my friends.

To estimate duties/shipping costs, just add your items to your cart and go to check out. You will get an estimate on the check out page.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU USE?

US shipping: UPS (USPS only address will be delievred by USPS)

International: DHL or UPS

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEMS?

We recommend HAND WASHING your items. All denim, no matter where you get it from, should not be washed after every use. Levi Strauss even recommends never washing your jeans! We don't know about all that but due to the fragile nature of our designs, you have to hand wash these items and hang them to dry.

HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

Please check out our size chart here. The black denim has a drop shoulder cut, making them fit a little oversized! If you want an oversized look, we recommend going up one size.

CAN I GET IT CROPPED?

For sure. Just include it in the notes at checkout!

CAN YOU MAKE THE LACE ___?

We can't change the laces themselves. We buy them as is so I cant change the color or remove a specific part or edit them in any way.

DO YOU DO CUSTOMS?

We are not currently doing any painted or lace customs. We do not currently accept any jackets or laces shipped to us for use.
